Just got my order from ebay today too. They are much more smelly than the ones I bought at the pet store. The color is about the same for both, but the ebay ones stink much more. I thought maybe since the ones at the pet store were sitting out in the open for so long and were allowed to "breathe" and so the smell wasn't so strong. So I figured I'd take these out of the packaging and let them air out a little while and see? It's not a rancid smell, but my brother said he thought they smelled a little like cow poop?
He's never had a dog, so he's not used to smelly anythings.
