I am all for bylaws so that dogs aren't running loose. Any dog of any breed.

How can they possibly plan to enforce a breed ban if they can't even enforce animal neglect laws?

So these dogs were classified as dangerous without any type of professional being consulted? Who is going to decide what breed a dog is when they try to enforce a breed ban?
