Is this an off leash area?? What if that would have been a small dog?? A Rottweiler chasing, catching and hurting something small is something I would not want to see a responsible owner condone. What your dog does when in the privacy of your own backyard is something different, but in public we have to be the picture of responsibility. If you allow your dog to chase things they will eventually catch something, then what??
