I dont know about canada, but in the UK u need a passport or your dog goes in and out of quarantine everytime u travel in and out of the country, this is mainly because they want to keep the UK rabies free.
If you have a land boarder its harder to stop disease, so is there any need for a passport? I thought it was an Island thing? |
