I am so sorry that you and Moka must go through this.
My dog Bruno had to be euthanized at the age of 5 because of his HD, he was not a good candidate for hip replacement surgery.
I do think that you should try to get some of the surgery costs from your "breeder". It may be worth it to take her to small claims court....maybe the will stop breeding their dogs.
For those of you that don't remember we had a big discussion on these forums about this breeder...they had applied to breed even more Rottweilers
....a puppy mill for Rotts.
Maybe by sueing them, and they lose money....they will stop breeding all together.
