I have a neighbor with two Dachsunds that they allow to roam. We live on a VERY busy street. I am sick to death of picking up my neighbors small dogs and cats out of the road and having to return them, dead to their owners. So, in a fit of rage I printed out the local leash law ordinance and took it over to them. I explained my concerns and told them that if I EVER saw their dogs running loose unsupervised that I was going to call AC. The dogs are now supervised. Sometimes being a B**** is the only way to get things done. |
