Any comments on this? Do you think it was ok for him to use his gun on his neighbors dog during an attack (even thought it wasn't on his property)? Personally, I think it is a good example of why not to declaw a cat. No survival skills. |
He had no right to shoot that Rottie whatsoever, the cat went into the Rotties yard period. If that were my Rottie and it happened to me, I would have shot that cop dead in my yard.
I hope he looses his job and faces civil suit.
He should've used his mace that one officer is required to carry, it would've been effective enough.Even a hose would've been useful , most Rottweilers hate water.
Sounds like to me yet another case of wrongful trespass, this time with a person that was in an authoritive postion.
