He had no right to shoot that Rottie whatsoever, the cat went into the Rotties yard period. If that were my Rottie and it happened to me, I would have shot that cop dead in my yard.

I hope he looses his job and faces civil suit.

He should've used his mace that one officer is required to carry, it would've been effective enough.Even a hose would've been useful , most Rottweilers hate water.

Sounds like to me yet another case of wrongful trespass, this time with a person that was in an authoritive postion.
