Re: quite vocal

Just a side note:

Not to rain on your parade and if you want to teach your dog to be vocal on command that is great fun but........

Always a but......... A dog that is vocalizing too much as commanding you and you not commanding him/her then it can become a big mistake. When they are being sassy it can be cute just like it is cute when a 1 or 2 yr old says mommy I want a cookie now. But when they are 8 or 9 and they say give me a cookie right now!!!!!!!!! Thats not too cute........

If your gonna allow it and encourage it make sure you know where to draw the line. Sometimes they are not "JUST" talking to you........

And when she barked at you over the pool..............She wasn't just "TALKING" to you. She was saying back off. Actually she was saying something else but we are pg13 here........
