Might be some type of maternal instinct. But you shouldnt let her do it, it must be horrifying to the owners the 1st few seconds they witness your dog going down and picking up their pup. So I would pull her in when you see a young pup comming near you. And after you have her next to you and if the owners of the other pup come near you bend down to make sure she cant do anything but lick the pup, youll be much more popular with the other park users for the RIGHT reason. |
