Pano is a juvenile disease of the long bone and is usually self-limiting but lasts different lengths of time. It can move from leg to let, but it doesn't "jump" from leg to leg.

Soft tissue injuries usually take up to 3 months for complete healing. Your girl is not healing quickly, she is reinjuring it repeatedly without complete healing. You should restrict her until it is completely healed or you end up with a cronic condition for life. Take her out on lead and keep her restricted in the house as well. She doesn't need to be crated but should be put in a room where she cannot bolt for the door when someone knocks or tear to the windows, etc.
