I personally don't think that it would hurt to see a behaviorist. I think if anything you will gain from it.

Don't let it get you down because you did not get the certificate, at least you are out there working your girl. You are willing to do whatever it takes to help her get thru her aggressive behavior.

How old is Fanci and how long have you had her in training?
