It's a tricky situation, since this isn't just someone contemplating having a litter. As you've said these people breed the heck out of their pugs. If they were just thinking about having a litter you could go over & after a bit of small talk start saying how you had thought about your dog having a litter also but then realized the cost involved & it was much more than you could handle.

These people just seem in it for the money or something else if they're just pumping out the puppies. It's a tricky situation as Judi said because the advice is not being solicited. Good luck with whatever you choose to do.
