| I could think of nothing worse than shocking my dog repeatedly until it came back (which it won't do) inside the line. I simply would never even consider this option. Surely it is cruel to say the least.
I doubt it is available, at least I hope something like this is not available anywhere.
Why not put a proper fence up that will keep your dog in and keep other people and animals out. |
