| I'm so sorry that you lost Nico so suddenly. We lost our 9 yo chocolate lab Sienna very suddenly also to cancer- she was fine up until one morning when she seemed listless and the vet found her spleen had ruptured from hemangiosarcoma. She spent only a few days with us after her spleen was removed. Sienna is in my heart forever. In some ways, it was better to have her go so quickly and with dignity than watching her slowly go downhill. My thoughts are with you in your painful loss.
