OFA does the rating so you are paying for their evaluation. You pay the orthopedic for taking the x-rays, but their opinion is just their opinion. For CERF and cardio, you are just paying for someone to file the results of the specialist. When you do CERF and cardio, you know the results immediately. With OFA, you have to wait a few weeks after you submit the films.
