| We got the results back and Dr Kudnig at CSU said they got clean margins!!!! So he said the prognosis is very good! I am so happy. Now we have to get her to eat more and gain a little weight back (I would love to get her to 80 lbs.)
I can not say enough how impressed I was with CSU. It is a big place with a lot of going on, so you have to understand that you may wait in the lobby some. But to me it was amazing that they had a neurologist able to check her, and then do the CT-scan and surgery the next day. Time of course is of the essence with things like this.
I will keep people posted as to the recovery on the mandibulectomy. The stitches come out in a week. I will continue to view this site...and pray for all the Rotties (and owners) who are facing tough times. |
