SPRAY the stupid dog.....and if the owner gets ticked, tell them that they should be glad it was ONLY vinegar and water and not MACE........and that they should keep their dog CONFINED or it COULD get hit by a car......and that the LAW requires the idiot dog to be on a LEASH........and that they'd be getting a LOT MORE than vinegar and water if the crazy mongrel were to BITE YOU!!!!!!

I totally agree. If that dog is charging you & your dog I say spray also. Especially if there are signs of aggression.
