I dont think there was ever a rule on what command to give the dog on the courage test, so I dont see how you could make one command against the rules. Furthermore, most of the time you cannot tell what the person tells the dog, since they are a good distance away. You could say bite and no one would ever know the difference. And I also dont believe a command is required at all, so if no one heard you, that also wouldnt make a difference.
And yes, I believe it is only a matter of time before a protection trained dog, or several, makes the headlines and lawmakers begin to take a good look at the sports. JMO.
