Was the dam of the litter AKC registered? I'm not sure, but I don't think you would be able to register him with AKC if the dam was not already registered here.
Also, with a frozen semen breeding, AKC requires DNA testing on the sire if he was collected after a certain date.
I would go to
www.akc.org and do the research on the registration process yourself. You will learn a lot and if you need confirmation with any of the items, you can email akc directly.
