Ok, it is raining here today and Mercedes hates rain. I just stood outside with her for 30 minutes in the freezing rain and she wouldnt go. We have a deck on the second story of our house and it is dry under there. I took here under and she still didnt go. So, I bring her in the house, and she starts taking a big s**t everywhere. I am so mad I don't know what to do. I have tried offering treats but she just wont go outside when it is raining. I stopped her from going all the way in the house and my SO has her outside right now. From what I hear she still wont go. What should I do? I can't have her going in the house every time it rains!
