| I often worry about this. I live in a town that is still operating in the 50s. I'm afraid I wouldn't hear about proposed legislation in time to help out. I've worked on issues in this town before and it takes a tremendous amount of effort to get anyone to even listen, much less change their minds. I check the Breed Specific Legislation site often hoping they would have info if there was anything brewing in the area.
If it came to it, I would do whatever I could, town meetings, petitions, etc. I would be better off if it were on a higher level than the town. Then I would do whatever...and I mean whatever it takes! I figure there are people here that could give me some tips! |
