I'm sorry, but colitis is not caused by a "chill on her tummy", and not all forms are treated with antibiotics. It's far more likely to be a mild gastroenteritis brought about by a sudden food change than colitis. moondog is asking the right questions: are her vaccinations all current, does she have a normal temperature. Diarrhea with mucous in it is a symptom of a few different things, some of which can be quite serious.
