Jiminy Christmas! If you don't want to PARTICIPATE in your puppy's life and allow your puppy to PARTICIPATE in yours, why do you have him?

I guarantee you that a Rottweiler would prefer your leadership, guidance and companionship over the nicest weather imaginable. Saying that he should be outside alone and unsupervised because the weather is nice doesn't cut it for me, especially when he hasn't had the benefit of your help in learning what is to be played with and what is not. Why aren't you out in the nice weather with him, helping him to be the good dog he has it in him to be? Why aren't you bringing him inside with you and helping him to learn good house manners?

Training classes are available that are very reasonably priced and worth far more than what they cost. Check around. Your local Humane Society may offer classes or be able to refer you to classes that are very affordable. If you don't do right by your dog, why would you expect that your dog would do right by you?
