| Why is this puppy allowed unsupervised access? Young puppies should be either confined or under your watchful eye at all times. The umbilical cord method, where you tie her leash to your belt loop, is a passive and highly effective way to keep her in your sight and build the bond between you. She won't be able to get in trouble that way. :)
