Ladies and Gentlemen,
Such a big problem will not be kept secret in Germany. Whit this message I want to tell you, that the problem soon will be International spread and people outside Germany are very sad. In short: People are horrified what is going on in many of the German Bundes States concerning dog laws. You can’t be serious, pass such laws. You can’t make the dogs responsible. It is the owner’s responsibility. No dog can be better that it’s owner and also a dachshund and a Chihuahua can be sharp and do considerable injury if it bites.
(The next section is something about financial, I am not sure I understand this, so I wont translate this.)
Everything is in your power… to do something, may be consider a dog owner license, there in no way make the dogs responsible, regardless breed.
In spite of all, it is the German Breeds as Rottweiler, GSD, Riesenschnauzer, Boxer, Doberman, and Dogge etc.
Outside Germany, people are very proud of the 100 years old German breeds and dog sport.
What will happen when these breeds and the German dog sport disappear? Max von Stephanitz would turn in his grave.
