| Florida - Breed Specific
Florida: Rep Tracy Stafford has introduced H355, a bill that would permit municipalities to pass breed-specific legislation. H355 woudl change the state's exisiting law, which precluded cities from enacting such legislation. In January the house Interim committee on Community Affairs reporting the bill favorable with amendment.
