| I have 4 females, ages 11, 7, 6 and 5 and 4 males ages 8, 5, 4 and 2. My 6 yr. old female, Katawna, HATES my other females except for the 7 yr. old (she's a Dachshund). I consider myself very lucky that everyone, except Katawna, lives together peacefully, but this isn't a situation I'd recommend. I make sure to pair male/female in seperate rooms whenever I go out of the house and treat everyone according to the established pack order. If you really want another male, you'll have to be willing to keep them seperated should the need arise. It's also best to keep them seperated when you're not there to supervise. Stimulus fighting could occur and that will set the stage for a whole range of problems.
