| In response to this same question, I was told that a while back it was not required to get the BH before the Sch I and the BH was listed in addition to the Sch titles b/c it was an 'extra' title... I'm not sure of the time frame of when it changed, but that was the explanation I received... Must be people continue to list the BH along w/ the SchHI, II, III...
