I know State Farm in CT will insure you if you own rotties (or any other breed for that matter!). Not sure of what 'rules' are throughout the USA though.
Our State Farm agent said that the company (State Farm) does not discriminate by BREED - but by DEED...so, if you have 5 rotties and a Chihuahua, and the Chi bites someone, you'll either get a rate increase or dropped at the next renewal date.
