| What is her food and what schedule?
I find that picking it up around dinner time and letting the pup out around 11pm to clean out the pipes will help enable them to make it to 5:30 - 6:00am.
Your pup seems to be able to do the same - just need to adjust the schedule a bit.
And when she gets up, are you certain she needs to go or is she just lonely and whining? What do you do with her when she does get you up? Take her outside and then what?
