When my mom told my very proper uncle that we adopted a Rottweiler, his response was "oh, sh!#". And my response was, "oh, well". They know we're excellent parents who would never knowingly endanger our children and it bothers me that they suddenly become narrow-minded enough to forget the type of parents we are.
I gave them all the right info, but you know how people can be, even the ones we love.
