"He's beautiful!"
"How old is he?"
From children: "Can I pet him?" (yes! he loves kids!) and I even had one child say "can I ride him??" ;) this child was about 3 or 4. Of course the answer was no! :D
"What kind of dog is he?" I say "Rottweiler" They say "REALLY!?? He looks so small/how come he's not aggressive/letting you talk to me??" (he is 26 inches, 100lbs)
"Where did you learn to train/have him trained? He's so well behaved! My dog can't do that/I'd like to have my dog do that!" I've been told this while working him off lead at a local off-lead park.
And Carina, YES! I've had that brother-in-law thing said to me many times....I'll be walking Mojave down a local street, people will be watching us, stop us and say "Ahh a WOTREILER! My "fill in the blank" has one! Yeah that dog was 200lbs solid muscle, attacked everything that moved..." I tell them "sounds like your so & so doesn't have a real ROTTWEILER..have a nice day!"
