I have done all of the suggestions and appreciate them.
My worst fear is that someone took him. The area that he was last seen heading towards is a very bad area. We were told that he was seen walking with another man and his dog and that's the last trace we can find of him. 5 different people in the same clustered area (a few miles from where he was lost) saw him but all those sightings were from Sunday. Nothing yesterday

I am afraid this person took him. We scouted out the area where the person is said to live hoping to see him walking his dog or with mine. So far, nothing.
