I've been thinking, had Bella had any shots in or around her getting ill bc some dogs get nasty reactions from vaccines??? You said they don't really know what was wrong, doesn't that bother you a bit, wouldn't you like to know what caused her symptoms? I would wait alittle longer to have the rest of her shots you spoke of and then I would have them spilt up, not all at once. Not knowing would concern me but then I don't know your vet or the reasons why they can't tell you what was wrong. So glad to hear she's better, hope all goes well after the next round of shots.
