I'm not positive on these but here's what I'm guessing:
HD-Frei is free of hip dysplasia.
HCH - I'm guessing is possibly Hungarian Champion
int.CH is International Champion, possibly FCI
Lux.CH - I think that one is Luxembourg Champion (Belguim)
Port.CH - Portuguese Champion
FR CH - French Champion
6 x CACIB is 6 points towards a Championship
R.CACA & R.CAC- I think they're counting reserve winners, second place.
Fiat - This ones easy, its a car <BG>
