| OH MY!!! lots of puppies! How old is the mommy?
As to how much and how often really depends on their current condition? I wouldn't drown them in it, but a little squirt and good rub in once a day should suffice. but if it is really severly dry she may have to do it twice a day. But I am no vet, he/she may recommend more or less.;)
