| Have you asked your Vet for recommendations? Most Vet's are pleased as punch to offer this to pet owners. Also, you can seek out a behaviorist in your area (make sure you check them out first though). Last but not least, you can try your local Rescue org. A reputible rescue org TT's their dogs BEFORE they can be placed. See if they can help or advice who can. IF all else fails, you can probably contact your local dog club and see if there is a certified evaluator in your area. Hope this helps.
