I think the closest you will get is being on here! ;) Post your questions, your location and be sure to have people Private Message you (breeders contact info is not allowed to be posted on the boards). Of course, you have to take any advice you get with a grain of salt - after all, it is only one persons opinion (if it were favourable). But it would be a start of where to look! :D
