I have read many different things about how to establish order in the pack. One about rolling the dog on its belly and grabbing the scruff of the neck and looking into the dogs eyes. Does this really work??

How have you gone about this? What is the most effective way to do this? How often do you need to do this? They say each family member, including the kids should be included. I'm curious to know what you do.
