| weight gain
I'm a little concerned about Roxy's weight gain. She's almost 9 months and weighs 64 pounds. A month ago she weighed 63.5 lbs. From everything i read it says that for the first year pups should gain 7-10 lbs per month. She's eating Canidae, started that end of February. She gets 3 cups per day. Gobbles it right up. She is not under weight, she looks fine, just didnt know if we should maybe give her a little extra food or continue what we are doing. She has her figure, can feel her ribs. I am not concerned by how big she will get, just want to make sure this is with in the norm. |
