I Agree with everything on here but one thing, I
WOULD NOT post a sign. If your state laws are anything like mine it is not a good idea to post any type of sign that states Beware of Dog, Keep Out, even a Sign that is a joke like the ones you see at a dog show. "My dog can Make it to any part of this yard in 5.5 sec. Can You???? " If you post any type of sign warning of a dog or so on with a dog in your yard, You Know your dog will bite..... A friend of mine just had to pay a a guy $30,000.00
because He entered the yard to break in the home " Police Found Tools, and the man even told the police he should have paid attention to the signs befor trying to break into this house.
Also he has to spend 10 days in jail and pay a fine to the state because he allowed his dog run loose ( Inside a Fenced Yard ) unsupervised Knowing the dog would Bite. Because he had Beware of Dog signs posted........., So any way check your state laws befor posting a sign.
