Makita will start out on her blanket at the bottom of the end of our bed on the floor, when we go to bed, stay there for awhile, but usually ends up on her couch in the living room, I think its because she can hear everything there (newpapers hitting the front step, cars coming and going), and no doubt lets us know when something doesn't sound right.
