Okay, I'll bite. Where's the documentation? I don't believe this for a second. This myth about the brain outgrowing the skull has made the rounds about other breeds besides Doberman Pinschers. IMO, it is pure foolishness and one of the reasons these breed bans get passed. But if you have "documentation", let's see the goods.
