| It is obvious that any dog will become vicious if it is mistreated, neglected and/or abused.. so will a child. So I propose that prospective owners and parents be psychologically evaluated - give them Minnesota, Muliphasic Personality Index test , the ink blots etc to find out their personality traits and if they are psychologically sound to care for another living creature - if they "pass" THEY will be licensed to buy a dog or have kids. That way we nip the problem at its source - controling the owner/parent not punishing the dog/kid. I know that will never happen. |
