How about a Dobie and a Rottie? Just kidding! Dobermans are beautiful, intelligent and loving dogs. My rottie is too! It's not just the breeders, we need to put at least 80% if not more of the blame on the OWNERS!! I was walking out of a pet store with my 110 lb baby, and a 12 year old boy looked at me and stated "you can't ever trust a Rottweiler." I couldn't believe my ears! I looked at him and told him that whomever told him that was a flat out liar. I wonder if a parent told him that-or where he heard it from. I have a neighbor who has 4 kids and a puppy. They don't talk to it, or pet it or even see it other that to throw down some food once in a while. The puppy growls at the kids and the neighbor and they wonder why! I can walk right up to the sweet thing and pet & scratch it and take it anywhere. They just don't know how to treat or take care of an animal. And if people like my neighbor get Rotties & Dobies & Pit Bulls, they are going to be mean, aggressive dogs. The poor dogs have no choice. I think we should put the owners to sleep instead of the dogs that have such a bad rap.  |
