| I feel like I can voice my opinion here because I was raised with Dobermans my whole childhood. My family bred them. Dobermans are a great breed. I would not own one for my own reasons.I have to agree that they have been bred and bred and bred. The tempermants are not what they use to be, and that goes for Rotties, pits and every other pure bred out there. Personally, I've seen to many dobs bite to many kids. And with two young children, I couldn't take the risk. But if I didn't have kids, I would have a doberman. They are great dogs, smart, funny, lovable and they are very protective of their owners. Do I think rotts are better? HECK YEAH!
(big smile). Like you said, everyone feels that their breed is the best.
