| WISCONSIN: Victims mother does not blame the dogs or breed
Todays milwaukee journal has an update story on the death of a 10 year old girl. In the story the girls mother is quoted "I don't blame it on the dogs; I don't blame it on the breed. I blame it on the owners," Unfortunatly it was near the end of the story but maybe it will stop the media fire storm against rotts.
